Have tried my Cajun and Breakfast sausages. They were both excellent.
We tried the Breakfast sausages at the same time as some Gourmet sausages from Waitrose by way of a little test - result = no contest, yours were better by miles !

Dry cured maple bacon - As bacon should be - porky, no 'white muck' coming out when cooking and TOTALLY delicious.

Fab flavour in the Apple & Chilli jelly - not too chilli but has a kick. It's great with pork but just as good with a strong cheese. I'll be ordering another pot soon.

Wandered through St Anne's square and came across this stall...just had the Lincolnshire Lovelies for tea and they were delicious!!!! Put the blanket in pigs in the freezer.....save them for another day..!!

Bought the Blackden Moles and Traditional Lucanian sausages on Saturday at the Manchester Feast festival... these were quite simply the best gourmet sausages I have ever tasted (and I've tasted *a lot* of sausages!)
